What plant shall I choose?

That depends on the conditions in the space where you will place it. consider how much light there is or isn’t, how careful you will be in watering it as needed.

What happens if my plant dies?

If your plant does not travel well Luludi Living Art will be happy to replace it within 10 days of purchase.

Buying & Returns

When will my luludi living art purchase ship?

Your purchase will ship between 48 – 72 hours after confirmed receipt of payment has been received by luludi living art llc. Your purchase is shipped priority mail and will arrive between 3-5 days. you will be given a tracking number to track your shipment.

Do you ship to p.o boxes?

Due to the time sensitive nature of the plants we are unable to ship to p.o. boxes unless you order without a plant.

What happens if my plant does not travel well?

We endeavor to pack carefully to ensure your frame and plant arrives in perfect condition. In the event that something has been damaged, please contact us immediately so we can arrange an exchange or replacement of frame or plant.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship internationally without plants due to individual countries restrictions on shipment of live plants. Please contact us for shipping rates and estimated delivery times.

What happens if I do not like my luludi living art?

We do not accept returns since all our products include living plants but we want all of our clients to be happy and to love their Luludi Living Art! if you receive your living frame and you are not completely satisfied please contact us immediately for a replacement or an exchange at: info@luludi.netor 1.888.9.luludi.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Sales tax on the merchandise total will only be charged for NY residents.
